We’ve got an important upate for you this week. Watch the video or read the highlights below.
We have been navigating a pandemic together now for almost seven months! There have been a lot of risks and challenges along the way. I want to say thank you for your flexibility and willingness to adjust in order to meet and minister. You have been awesome, and the church has thrived in many ways!
This weekend we are asking for that flexibility once again. Unfortunately, we have staff that have been exposed to the coronavirus in the course of ministry over the last week or so. They are awaiting test results. There are additional staff that may have been exposed as well. So, out of an abundance of caution and necessity, we will be having ONLINE SERVICES only this weekend. This includes our Munford Campus. Hopes are that we can return to normal the weekend of September 13!
This is a situation that we have known might happen from the beginning of the pandemic. Unfortunately, it’s just part of ministering during such a time as this. Truthfully, it could happen again. So, as a staff, we want you to know that our commitment is threefold: First, we are committed to keeping our members as safe as possible. Second, we are committed to meeting together and serving out of obedience when we are able to do so. Third, we are committed to love and minister to our community well through this pandemic. These things can all be done well. Thank you for doing your part!
