Small groups are a HUGE part of Gateway. It’s an integral part of making disciples. We communicate through our small groups, serve together with those who are in our groups, and of course just have fun together! There’s lots coming up in 2017, and small group leaders are preparing to meet together to pray and plan for the upcoming year.
On Sunday evening, January 22nd, at 6 p.m. we are going to have a very important meeting. The purpose of this meeting is straightforward and simple. We will be laying out our entire year of events and special emphasis for 2017. By the time we leave the meeting you will have a plan for what is going to happen this year in Adult Small Groups and when.
Not only that, but it is a time for your staff to hear what you need from us in order for you to do your job as Small Group Leader better. So if you are a leader, please come with ideas and suggestions for Phil, our Small Groups Pastor, our staff, and each other as we work together to make every Small Group even better than it already is.
Leaders, we cannot stress enough the importance of this meeting and the need for EVERY leader to be there. As a matter of fact, if there is simply no way that you can be there, let Phil know so a special time can be arranged to cover this material together.
You are all wonderful and we are thankful for each and every one of you. Your job is vital as we work together to disciple the people of Gateway!
