Sunday was a special day at Gateway!
Greater Together is an opportunity for the whole church family to gather at one time in the same place for the same purpose. It’s also a chance to rally around the unchanging purposes of our faith, and to commit ourselves to fresh goals and directions. Sunday, we talked about the simple foundations of following God, and the exciting dreams and goals that God is placing before us for the days ahead.
Greater together in not about a great church.
It is not about great programs or even great people. It is about a great God! As we walk together as one church in unity, we will see greater things than we could ever accomplish alone or imagine in our minds.
“Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be the glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever.” Ephesians 3:20-21

It’s my prayer that Sunday served as a time to refocus on what it really means to follow Jesus. May we be reminded o the simplicity of our faith, and the joy of working together to accomplish the Kingdom goals that God has placed before us.
